Self Serve Ticket
You can submit a ticket at anytime through our self-serve portal. This goes directly to our HelpDesk to review and follow up with. This is the fastest way to get tech help.

FileMaker Pro 17.0.5
FileMaker Pro is required to access certain school district resources including Ipass Depending on your device, your download options will be different.
You’ll require the license information in order to complete the install. Please contact Helpdesk for support.
To ensure compatibility with our School District hosted databases, we recommend uninstalling all other versions of FileMaker on your computer.
Adobe Creative Cloud
SD64 Provides access to Adobe Creative Cloud to staff and students that require access for work or class. To download Adobe CC apps, please install the Adobe Creative Cloud App. SD64 Email required.
Global Protect VPN
Global Protect is for authorized users to access internal networks. You will be directed here if you need access, and have been granted credentials to log in.
