There have been many changes in Career Development over the last 14 years. We have witnessed incredible growth in building opportunities for students to engage in the skilled trades. Over the last eight years, student enrollment in Career Programs has grown significantly with programs like YES-2-IT, ACE-IT, SSA and TASK (Trades Awareness, Skills & Knowledge).

The time seems ripe to pause and take a screen shot of our action and progress in order to reflect and visualize for the next exciting stage. In mounting a District Review of Career Programs we examined best practices and formulating an over-arching model of program delivery that is integrated through the middle and high school years.
