Terry Fox Run

The Terry Fox Run is more than just a school event—it's a powerful way for kids to learn about resilience, community, and making a difference. By taking part, students honor Terry Fox’s legacy, raising awareness and funds for cancer research. It's a chance for them to experience firsthand how small actions, like running or walking, can have a significant impact.

Encouraging children to participate helps them build empathy, develop perseverance, and understand the importance of working together for a cause that affects so many. Let's inspire our kids to be part of this meaningful tradition!

Last year, our school district raised an impressive $2,323.25 for the Terry Fox Foundation, helping to fund critical cancer research. Let's aim even higher this year!

Please send a toonie to school with your child on the following days to support this vital cause. Every little bit counts!
